As an Arizona native, I've had the privilege of growing up in the vibrant city of Phoenix. I am surrounded by a large, loving Mexican family, and I take great pride in our traditions and culture. When I'm not exploring the city or enjoying the outdoors, you can find me lifting weights, diving into a good book, or spending time with my animals.

In my career, I have had over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of individuals, from at-risk youth to adults struggling with addiction. My experience includes providing support and resources to children in the foster system through contractual work with the Arizona Department of Child Services, as well as delivering crisis intervention services. 

I have worked in a private practice setting, treating and seeing individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational issues. I have had the privilege of learning and being trained by some of the greatest pioneers in the mental health field at an in-patient treatment facility. I have a specialty in sex addiction, however, with any addiction, it is rooted in trauma. I have a background in trauma-focused services and am dedicated to helping individuals that are seeking support.
